worldathome.in is purely an online listing platform that connects students (tenants) with property owners. We do not own, manage, or endorse any listed properties.
- Accuracy of Information: Property owners are solely responsible for the correctness of room details, rent, and amenities. Students are strictly advised to physically verify the room before making any decisions.
- Financial Transactions: All monetary dealings, including token money, advance rent, or security deposits, happen directly between the student and the owner. The website is not responsible for any payment disputes or losses.
- Dispute Resolution: Any conflict regarding rent, security money refund, or property damage must be resolved mutually between the tenant and the owner.
worldathome.in shall not be made a party to any legal disputes.
- प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की भूमिका:
worldathome.in सिर्फ एक ऑनलाइन लिस्टिंग प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है जो छात्रों और मकान मालिकों को आपस में मिलाता है। हम किसी भी संपत्ति के मालिक या प्रबंधक नहीं हैं।
- जानकारी की सटीकता: रूम की जानकारी, किराया और सुविधाओं की सत्यता की पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी मकान मालिक की होगी। छात्रों को सलाह दी जाती है कि कोई भी निर्णय लेने से पहले खुद जाकर रूम की जाँच करें।
- वित्तीय लेन-देन: पैसों का कोई भी लेन-देन (जैसे एडवांस किराया या सिक्योरिटी डिपॉजिट) सीधे छात्र और मकान मालिक के बीच होगा। इसमें वेबसाइट की कोई भूमिका या जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
- विवाद समाधान: किराए, सिक्योरिटी मनी या रूम खाली करने को लेकर होने वाले किसी भी विवाद को दोनों पक्ष आपस में सुलझाएंगे।
