worldathome.in is a free online classified and property listing marketplace. We strictly act as a digital medium to connect property owners with potential tenants/buyers. Before using our services, please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

1. No Financial Transactions on the Platform
   worldathome.in DOES NOT process, collect, or accept any online financial payments, booking fees, security deposits, token money, or rental amounts on its website. Since no financial transactions happen through our platform, the question of any billing, payment collection, or processing from our end does not arise.
2. No Refund and Cancellation Responsibility
   Any financial exchange, token money deposit, or deal cancellation happens entirely offline, directly between the property owner and the tenant/buyer.

• worldathome.in, its founders, and its team hold ABSOLUTELY ZERO responsibility or legal liability for refunds, cancellations, or financial losses occurring between users.
• If a tenant wishes to cancel a deal or request a refund of their advance money, they must deal directly with the property owner according to their mutual verbal or written agreement. We will not intervene, mediate, or arbitrate any offline financial disputes.

1. Deletion or Cancellation of Property Listings
   Property owners have the complete right to delete, deactivate, or cancel their published property listings at any time from their user dashboard once the property is rented out or if they no longer wish to display it. As our listing platform is free to use, no cancellation charges or compliance fees apply to any user.
2. Fraud and Misuse Penalties
   worldathome.in reserves the absolute right to cancel, block, or permanently delete any property listing without prior notice if it is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or a visual misrepresentation. No requests for listing restoration will be entertained for banned accounts.

worldathome.in एक मुफ्त ऑनलाइन क्लासीफाइड और प्रॉपर्टी लिस्टिंग प्लेटफॉर्म है। हम मकान मालिकों और किराएदारों/खरीददारों को आपस में जोड़ने के लिए केवल एक डिजिटल माध्यम के रूप में कार्य करते हैं। हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करने से पहले, कृपया हमारी रिफंड और कैंसिलेशन शर्तों को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. प्लेटफॉर्म पर कोई वित्तीय लेनदेन नहीं
   worldathome.in अपनी वेबसाइट पर किसी भी प्रकार का ऑनलाइन वित्तीय भुगतान, बुकिंग शुल्क, सुरक्षा जमा (Security Deposit), टोकन मनी या किराये की राशि स्वीकार या प्रोसेस नहीं करता है। चूंकि हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से कोई वित्तीय लेनदेन नहीं होता है, इसलिए हमारी ओर से किसी भी प्रकार के रिफंड या बिलिंग का सवाल ही नहीं उठता।
2. रिफंड और कैंसिलेशन की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं
   पैसों का कोई भी लेन-देन, टोकन मनी जमा करना, या सौदा रद्द करना (Deals Cancellation) पूरी तरह से ऑफलाइन, सीधे मकान मालिक और किराएदार/खरीदार के बीच होता है।

• उपयोगकर्ताओं के बीच होने वाले किसी भी रिफंड, कैंसिलेशन या वित्तीय नुकसान के लिए worldathome.in, इसके संस्थापक और इसकी टीम की बिल्कुल कोई जिम्मेदारी या कानूनी देयता नहीं होगी।
• यदि कोई किराएदार सौदा रद्द करना चाहता है या अपने एडवांस पैसे का रिफंड चाहता है, तो उसे अपने आपसी मौखिक या लिखित समझौते के अनुसार सीधे मकान मालिक से संपर्क करना होगा। हम किसी भी ऑफलाइन वित्तीय विवाद में हस्तक्षेप या मध्यस्थता नहीं करेंगे।

1. प्रॉपर्टी लिस्टिंग को रद्द या डिलीट करना
   मकान मालिकों को यह पूरा अधिकार है कि वे अपनी संपत्ति किराए पर उठ जाने के बाद या विज्ञापन न दिखाने की स्थिति में, अपने यूजर डैशबोर्ड से किसी भी समय अपनी लिस्टिंग को हटा या रद्द (Delete) कर सकते हैं। चूंकि हमारा प्लेटफॉर्म उपयोग के लिए मुफ्त है, इसलिए किसी भी उपयोगकर्ता पर कोई कैंसिलेशन चार्ज लागू नहीं होता है।
2. धोखाधड़ी पर लिस्टिंग रद्द करने का अधिकार
   यदि कोई प्रॉपर्टी लिस्टिंग धोखाधड़ी, फर्जी या गलत पाई जाती है, तो worldathome.in के पास बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के उस लिस्टिंग को स्थायी रूप से रद्द और डिलीट करने का पूरा अधिकार है।
