   Under no circumstances shall worldathome.in, its founders, team members, employees, or affiliates be held liable or legally responsible for any incidents occurring at the rented premises or during offline interactions. This total exclusion of liability includes, but is not limited to:

• Financial Crimes: Any online/offline financial fraud, advance money scams, token deposit thefts, or rental payment disputes between owners and tenants.
• Property Damage & Misconduct: Any acts of theft, robbery, physical vandalism, illegal activities, personal misconduct, harassment, or physical altercations happening inside or near the listed property.
• Visual Misrepresentations: Variations in property condition, cleanliness, sizes, and amenities compared to the digital images or descriptions uploaded on the website.

1. Scope of Government ID Collection
   As a measure of good faith and fraud deterrence, worldathome.in mandates property owners to submit government-issued identification (such as Aadhaar Card) before making a listing live. However, users must explicitly understand that:

• We do not possess the infrastructure or legal authority to verify the absolute authenticity of these documents with government servers.
• We do not perform forensic checks, character verifications, or criminal background scans on any user.
• The collection of identity documents is strictly for internal logging and does not constitute a 100% legal guarantee against professional scammers, impersonators, or fraudulent listings.

1. “As-Is” Data and Physical Inspection Mandatory
   All data, pricing, contact numbers, and media files available on worldathome.in are provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis without any warranties. It is the sole legal responsibility of the tenant/buyer to physically visit the property, verify the credentials of the owner, and read the physical ownership documents before handing over any money or signing a lease.

   By utilizing this platform, you acknowledge that you are interacting with third-party individuals entirely at your own risk. 3. Exclusive Jurisdiction & Governing Law
   This Disclaimer Policy and the use of this website shall be governed strictly by the federal laws of India. Any legal disputes, notices, or lawsuits arising against worldathome.in or its operators—regardless of where the property is located or where the user resides in India—shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located solely in Himachal Pradesh, India.

2. देयता की पूर्ण सीमा (कानूनी जिम्मेदारी से पूर्ण मुक्ति)
